Works with the cameras you already own
FLIR, HIKMICRO, Testo and Raytron/InfiRay photos read natively — measurements and on-camera tags flow straight into your report. Fluke (.is2) works with a one-time free SmartView temperature export. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The problem

You bought a camera. You got stuck with its software.

Every thermal camera ships with report software you didn't choose — and it's why the report is the worst part of the job.

Buy a camera, inherit its software

You picked the camera. The clunky, dated report tool came bundled — and you're stuck using it, like it or not.

→ DTI Suite works with your photos, your way.

It crashes, it crawls — “the undo button doesn't work!”

Endless load times, frozen windows, and work you lose right when you're trying to get the report out the door.

→ Fast, stable, and built to stay out of your way.

Painful to make a report that looks like yours

You wrestle the software to produce something unique and professional — then do it all over again on the next job.

→ A polished, branded report in one click.
How it works

One program. Four steps. A finished report.

Cold data in, white-hot report out — the same scale your camera speaks.

  1. 1

    Import your Excel

The asset inventory becomes the report's backbone.

  2. 2

    Import your photos

Radiometric photos auto-pair to their assets.

  3. 3

    Edit the photos

Markers, ΔT and palettes — analysis happens on the image.

  4. 4

    Build the report

One click. Finished Word and PDF — no report editing.

What's inside

A report your clients actually want to read.

Three things set a DTI Suite report apart — then a dozen more.

Decision-ready

A management summary that sells the work

Assets scanned, anomalies by severity, and how many need immediate repair — a clean executive overview up front, so the value of the inspection is obvious in ten seconds.

Predictive

Year-over-year trending

Compares this year to last and flags which assets are getting worse — a watch-list you can act on before failure.

Compliant

NFPA / CSA scheduling

Condition-based re-inspection intervals and next-due dates, aligned to NFPA 70B and CSA Z463.

Insurance-ready checklist

Shows the report meets what insurers and AHJs expect — at a glance.

On-photo thermal analysis

Edit FLIR, HikMicro, Fluke, Testo & Raytron spot and box markers, read ΔT, switch palettes and overlays.

Microsoft Word native

Real .docx and PDF. No LibreOffice, no web upload — your data stays on your PC.

The difference

The old way vs. DTI Suite

Same inspection. A fraction of the desk time.

⨯  Doing it by hand

  • Bounce between the camera software, Excel, Word and a PDF tool
  • Drag images and retype every temperature by hand
  • Build the summary and tables manually, every report
  • Crashes, slow loads, and an undo button that doesn't work
  • Formatting drifts from report to report
  • No trending, no scheduling, no risk ranking

✓  With DTI Suite

  • One program from spreadsheet to finished PDF
  • Photos auto-paired; temperatures pulled from the images
  • Summary, charts and tables generated automatically
  • Edit your photos, click once — zero report editing
  • Consistent, branded, standards-ready every time
  • Trending, NFPA scheduling and risk ranking built in
Why it matters

Infrared catches what a clipboard can't.

Thermography finds loose connections, overloads and imbalances before they fail — and the standards now expect you to document it.

2023

NFPA 70B became a standard — electrical maintenance and infrared inspection moved from "recommended" to required practice.

NFPA 70B, 2023 edition
~60%

A connection running 10–20 °C above reference carries roughly a 60% chance of failure within 90 days.

NETA / industry temperature-rise benchmarks
No shutdown

IR scanning is done under load, energized — catching faults live, without taking equipment offline.

What's in every report

I'm an electrical thermographer. I was sick of report software that was slow, clunky, and made me bounce between four programs to produce one report — and the result still looked mediocre. DTI Suite is the first tool that gets me from photos to a finished report in one sitting.

Questions

Quick answers

Do I need Microsoft Word?
Yes. DTI Suite produces a real, editable Word document and uses Word to create the PDF. No other software — and no internet — is needed to build a report.
Which cameras are supported?
FLIR and HikMicro radiometric JPEGs, Raytron / InfiRay (.irg), and Fluke (.is2) and Testo (.bmt) images. FLIR, HikMicro, Testo and Raytron work out of the box; for Fluke, export the temperatures once from Fluke's free SmartView software (see the download page). Edit spot and box markers, read ΔT and switch palettes right in the app.
Where is my data stored?
On your own computer. Photos, spreadsheets and reports are processed locally and never uploaded — only your license key and a non-identifying machine fingerprint are sent to activate the software.
How does the free trial work?
Use every feature free for 30 days — no credit card. When the trial ends it's a simple subscription, licensed per machine.
